Creating a RISC Form Letter

NEXT

RISC allows schools to create up to 200 different form letter masks for easy merging with RISC data to produce professional-quality, personally addressed letters for parents.  As mentioned earlier, RISC seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Word 2000 or later.

Form letters can be created for any requirement.  Suspension letters, late notes, N-Award warnings, Happy-Grams, professional, personalised Merit Certificates, smoking at school and so on.  Each letter can contain complex word processing features like tables, columns, graphics, headers and footers, an image of the school letterhead and more.  Since virtually every school uses MS Word, you have everything you need to create and send the best form letters you've ever sent.  And you can create your own form letters unlike with some other applications that require you to pay for form letters templates to be created for you. What's more, RISC will keep track every form letter sent! With RISC v8, you can even insert the Student's Photo into a form letter, opening up the tool to even more uses and possibilities!

There is a handful of pre-defined form letters supplied with RISC to help you get started, but typically, you'll want to create your own form letter masks.  Let's find out how right now.
