The Main RISC Form updated to show a CRM Update

NEXT

Upon closing the Contact Reports Module (CRM), the RISC form is updated to show a Contact Report has been attached. At the top beside the contact number, you'll notice a new icon that looks like printed pages. This shows there's an attachment to this contact. You'll also notice that Attach a Report button you clicked before now says "View/Edit Report", since a report now exists.  The Contact Action field also shows "CRM Update...". This is appended to the Action field whenever a Report is attached or updated on any contact. This allows you to search easily for all occurrences of "CRM" in the database, which will then show you all the contacts with attached reports. To view or make changes/additions to an attached report, it's simply a matter of clicking the View/Edit Report button once.

Now this particular fictitious student  Phillip Brown, doesn't sound like he's been a very good boy.  You can tell that from the Quick History shown at the right of the form. If you want to find out in more detail what the other contact records are about, we need to look at the RISC Table View.  Let's take a look.
