Setting a Date Range for Reports and Queries in RISC |
|
Setting a Date Range is easy. All you have to do is click on the date From using the calendar at the left, and then choose the To date using the calendar on the right. The arrow buttons at the top of each calendar allow you to change the month backwards or forwards. When you have selected your two desired dates, you can also decide whether you wish to use the ACTUAL Contact Date or the Last UPDATED Contact Date - then just click the Enable Date Range button. In the case above, the range would be two weeks in March 2006. This window will then close and every subsequent search of the RISC database will ignore any contacts with the chosen date outside this specified range. It couldn't be simpler. When you have finished using this date range and would like to search on the entire database, or maybe another date range, just re-open this option and change the date range, or click the Disable Date Range button to make all contacts accessible again. |
