The Database Menu in RISC |

The Database menu allows a user to switch between the Current Contacts database (i.e. this year's) and any archived database from previous years. RISC can maintain up to 10 separate archived databases which will allow staff to track a student's contacts over their entire school career. You can switch between an archived database and the current one (and vice versa), very quickly. Access to any of the 10 archived databases is in Read-Only mode, meaning historical records cannot be changed. Let's see how an Archived database is accessed! |
