RISC Type Lookup with Levels Values Configuration

NEXT

This is the RISC Type Lookup with Levels Values configuration screen. As you can see, there are four separate tabs, to break up the Incident Types depending on whether they are positive, negative or neutral. The Tab names or Type Categories can be set at the top right, while each category can have up to 29 entries, each with a Levels value attached.  Take some time now to read the text above which helps to further explain how this configuration screen works. The values shown here are just examples. Your school can self-determine the appropriate levels value for each of your incidents. The values can each be one, two or three digits. You decide how you want RISC's Levels system to work.

Student Levels are now automatically calculated in RISC whenever a student's record is displayed.  Every record attached to a student has a Levels value and the values for all records are summed automatically and displayed on the main RISC screen, providing an instant snapshot of that student's record. Let's now see RISC v9's student Levels in action.
