The Main RISC Form with a Saved Contact

When the Save button is clicked, RISC allocates a Contact Number (top right - 1509) to the contact and sets the Date/Time and Updated Date/Time for the contact record. Changes or updates can be made to any contact at any time and the updates saved using the Save the Updated Contact button.  If the contact occurred on a date before today, you can click the Date/Time button above to choose the actual date from a pop-up calendar and adjust the time as needed.  This makes adjusting incident timings very simple.

Any contact can have a detailed Report attached to it to provide much more information than can fit within the Description and Action fields. Next in this tour we will look at attaching a Report to a contact.
