Selecting a Form Letter to Send to Parents |

The Principal is now looking at a contact of Phillip's, and would like to send a form letter to his parents using the mask we created earlier. Phillip has been trying to be good, but something's gone wrong. Once form letter masks have been created, merging RISC data into them is extremely easy, and those form letter masks will always be available for future use. The first requirement is that you have a saved contact displayed on the RISC form (i.e. a Contact number must have been allocated at the top right). This contact number is 1419. Access to the Form Letters is available from the Form Letters Menu, and instead of Creating or Modifying a Form Letter, we want to Select one. |
