If your school is already a registered RISC user of an earlier version, you can upgrade to RISC v8. Upgrades are now only available as a download from our website. Acquiring RISC via download is simple and quick. Once your official school order for your RISC upgrade is received, step by step instructions will be faxed overnight to your school. From July 1, 2000, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to all orders of RISC within Australia. The GST of 10% is in addition to your new RISC or Upgrade order. The product is shipped with a Tax Invoice which lists our Australian Business Number (ABN) and the total amount of GST owing. Schools must pay this GST component together with the price of the goods, but can claim back this GST component from the Australian Tax Office together with other claims monthly or quarterly.
